Partners & Affiliates
IANA works with a growing network of partners and affiliated organisations that share our commitment to supporting and strengthening the nucleic acid community.
Our partners collaborate directly with IANA to develop and deliver activities, projects, events, opportunities and resources, while affiliated organisations support IANA’s aims and help broaden the network’s reach, expertise and connections.
These relationships may evolve over time, creating new opportunities for collaboration and shared impact across the community.

Molecular Models
We offer a complete solution to universities, research institutes and companies for bringing the molecular and cellular world to life by 3D printing. We manage each of the three stages: Design of the structure file, including colours, magnets and display stand; The 3D printing stage, using SLS (nylon) or PLA printer technology; and quality control, studio photography and international delivery. We can print any molecular structure (protein, enzyme, nucleic acid, ligand, drug, small-molecule etc) in any representation (tertiary/quaternary surface, secondary structure, ball-stick etc). Our high-resolution 3D molecular models can be used for any science communication activity. This ranges from hands-on learning in school, college or university classes, to research talks, outreach and media communication events; at open days, science fairs and as colourful, impactful, foyer displays. UK Platform of Nucleic Acid Therapies - UPNAT
The Medical Research Council (MRC) and National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) have established a UK Rare Diseases Research Platform, under which the UPNAT Node ("Establishing a UK Platform of Nucleic Acid Therapy for Rare Disease") sits. The aim of UPNAT Node is to bring together relevant stakeholders to establish a national network promoting knowledge-exchanging and innovation in pre-clinical development and rapid clinical translation of Nucleic Acid Therapies for rare disease. Close collaboration with the IANA team will support innovation across our joint-networks in the Nucleic Acids community, and will focus on the opportunity to work together on training workshops to strengthen interdisciplinary research in the field. Nucleic Acids Research at Oxford University Press
Oxford University Press is the home of Nucleic Acids Research (NAR). The journal publishes the results of leading-edge research into physical, chemical, biochemical and biological aspects of nucleic acids and proteins involved in nucleic acid metabolism and/or interactions. We support the IANA Network’s focus on strengthening collaboration across the nucleic acids community and supporting early career investigators who will shape the future of the field. During the network's grant period we will be offering a number of APC waivers to eligible papers arising from, or connected with, IANA activities and accepted for publication in a NAR-family journal.
